Min-eVap Nitrogen Evaporator

Several users do not require the high end features found in most evaporators. To meet the demand of small testing labs, we offer a low cost Nitrogen evaporator with basic functions at budget price. The main features of the evaporator are retained.

Description

Min-eVap Nitrogen Evaporator

Min-eVAP is a Low Volume Nitrogen Evaporator, used commonly in labs having a low work load and fixed requirement.

Bearing all the features of the SpeedoVap LV, the Min-eVap is a mini nitrogen evaporator that offers the convenience of low volume sample evaporation at low cost. It is an efficient new alternative to conventional evaporation techniques giving uniform results with a fast turn-around time. This mini evaporator is designed to occupy very small table space and small tank to quickly reach set temperatures for evaporation. The system has the facility to use interchangeable racks for different types of tubes with different sample volumes (1.5 mL to 15 mL and Ria vials/test tube/centrifuge tubes).

A micro-processor control maintains the water-bath at the set temperature and the times for the operation. Gas can be turned ON in selected manifolds depending on number of samples. Nitrogen gas is blown through nozzle manifolds into samples which turn OFF automatically after process is completed. Besides other process and service alarms, the audio alarms indicate when the process is complete.

Min-eVAP is used in small testing labs and education institutions. Food industries doing inhouse audits for their samples find great value with the Min-eVAP to evaporate solvents in analysis of antibiotics , phenolics and other pesticide extracts. It is ideal for sample volumes upto 15 mL using Eppendorf tubes, Ria vials or Tarson centrifuge tubes.
